Kellie Sparks, APRN

I’ve been in clinical practice for over 10 years, with experience in Family Medicine, Immediate Care, and Dermatology. That background allows me to look at skin concerns with both a broad medical lens and a focused dermatology perspective.

I know how overwhelming it can be to wait months to see a dermatologist — and how frustrating it is when something feels urgent but not “big enough” for the ER. I saw a real need for faster access to dermatologic care, especially as specialty clinics become more overloaded.

That’s why I created Hot Spot Derm.

I’m here to fill in the cracks — to evaluate and treat concerns that can’t wait, calm what’s flaring, and guide you to the right next step. And when something requires more in‑depth or long‑term care, I’ll help get you where you need to be with the right referral and plan.

My goal is simple:
